Approximately 100 µl diluted seawater was spread on natural seawater agar (using the standard dilution-plating method. The plate was incubated at room temperature (approximately 25-28°C) on the vessel until it was transported to the laboratory after a month. After being cultivated for 10 days, several colonies were isolated from the plate. |
