Isolation/enrichment procedure |
The rhizosphere soil sample was air-dried at room temperature 28°C for 14 days. After drying, 5 g of the soil sample was mixed with 45 ml distilled water and shaken on a rotary shaker at 180 r.p.m. and 28°C for 30 min. A 200 µl sample of the suspension was then spread on humic acid-vitamin agar for 21 days at 28°C. |
