Marine sponge samples were collected by surface-supplied diving and delivered in ice. After being washed in sterile artificial sea water three times, the sponge tissues were cut, ground and spread on Streptomyces Isolation Medium. The plates were incubated at 28°C for 4-12 weeks. |
