After submitting a query via the simple search or advanced search BacDive generates a result list with all strains matching your search pattern. All available information for a particular strain in the list can be displayed by clicking on an entry. Then the strain detail view is opened.
The matching result from each strain is displayed below the basic strain information
Each result set contains the number of matching strains. In the case the search results exceeds 100 hits the result list is displayed on several pages.
In order to add strains to a download selection you can select all or just particular strains of the result set.
Don't forget to confirm your selection!
