After drying in the hood for 2 days, the surface-sterilized bark was ground into a powder using a micromill and distributed on Reasoner's 2A (R2A) agar (BD) plates supplemented with 1 % (v/v) plant tissue extract. Incubation at 28°C for 2 weeks.
